Workmen finish up the eastern side of Kasold Drive south of 23rd Street as single-lane traffic flows on the west lanes, at right, on Wednesday. The city began reconstruction of Kasold in late 2010; the project is expected to last several more months. The project is part of the city’s street maintenance program and is utilizing funding from the voter-approved infrastructure sales tax that was passed in 2008.
