If you love yourself a sandwich this is the place for you. Aunti Em’s is so amazing family from out of town (hours away!) will drive in just for Auntie Em’s (but no comment from them as to why they didn’t stop in and say hi to us! :) … If you haven’t been here go! They usually have different sides or options depending on the time of the year, and they stock Troyer brand meats and cheeses and Amish Wedding brand jars of goodies and so much more. Why are you still reading this? Get going!

ylime3499 Wayne & Larry's Sports Bar & Grill

(This was from July 31st) I’m going to try and keep this short, so I apologize for any gaps. Never ate here before, but gave it a try because we had young kids (10 and 12) visiting and were going bowling after dinner. Walked in to seat yourself sign, took a few minutes to find a clean space for 4 and 4 chairs, waited for 15+ minutes for service, after the 3 tables came in and were waited on before us went up to the bar, greeted as “why are you bother me” and told “Oh just a moment”, waitress comes over took drink order asked for a Diet Dr. Pepper was told they don’t have that, fine water, waitress comes back apologizes advises she’s new (NO PROBLEM with that what so ever!!! Seriously the waitress did a fine job!!) and gives me a diet dr pepper, we were brought chips and salsa on the house while we waited for our food, great except the salsa had no flavor and was just spicy (still the thought that counts, but wait it gets better), our table ordered two wraps, chicken parmesan and a burger… tasted horrible, especially the chicken parmesan expensive for noodles and store bought spaghetti sauce, then when my husband used the ketchup for his fries it was fermented, told the waitress who had a blank stare (not sure if she could hear me or if she didn’t know what fermented meant), but I hope someone tasted it… then our overpriced bill for the quality of food let alone the service (not our waitress)—Paid and will never be back.

We hadn't gone here in a few years then tried it again a couple of months ago. LOVED the remodel, the food was amazing, service even better. We started eating there more and brought some guests and children with us one night. I admit we arrived close to closing, about 9:20/9:30. We were sat, very pleasant experience, took a minute to get our drinks (no biggie), and at 9:40 went up to the Hibachi grill with one of the kids (10yrs old). The cook came through the doors and said "What the F*%@ we're closed!" aggressively took our plates, stormed through the doors and cooked the food in the back, brought it back out and pushed it on the counter to the point that items fell off the plate. This was August 2nd, a Friday they close at 10pm, and we will never go back.

I went to this store, because it was closer to my house, when I had a quick question after visiting the 23rd St. store. The services was exceptional and below is my post for the 23rd. St. store, and can easily be applied to this location:

Made the switch a few weeks ago from Knology. I was paying almost $80 a month for internet service, and we switched to the AT&T plan for $39.99 a month. Our Knology plan said we had 50mpds and when we were having issues with streaming we called for service. The technician came out and said, "... it's above my pay grade to fix this..." So I went to AT&T. They told me to go to www.speedtest.net to see what download speed I was actually receiving--never went above 16mpds. My $39.99 a month plan from AT&T has me at 18mpds and thus far, two weeks, we have had NO issues. It's a designated line to my home so there have been no "slow" times. We have three computers, and a PS3 running constantly through out the day just to give you and idea of how much we use the internet. Thank you AT&T! I'm a customer for life!

Confused how they can have 1.5 stars when everyone's given them 1 star...am I to understand then that as more and more people give one star their rating will go up?

We called for service with our internet, because it keeps going in and out. The tech said, and I quote, "It's above my pay grade to know how to fix this... sorry". I about pulled my hair out! Then the company I work for had television service with them at a very good rate, and understandably so, but were recently told the price would be going up, if we kept the same package, 1500%! OR for less 60%!

AT&T here we come!

I am so glad to read you review auntie! I thought I was the only one! His office was close to my house when I moved here years ago and needed to see someone about a swollen ankle that I'd had for a few weeks. He told me I had gout...nothing was working that he prescribed and the more research I did on this illness I realized I needed a second opinion--sprained ankle. It took me a long time to go back, but I needed to for a soar throat with a fever. He did a strep test that came back negative, and proscribed a drug that after consulting two other doctors and the ER I would NEVER take! Prednisone. The side affects were horrible, and wouldn't help in the long run. After things hadn't changed a week or so later I went to get my second opinion only to be told I had mono AND strep., bleeding ear infections, and a common cold. They immediately put me on an antibiotic similar to amoxicillin, and a very strong dose of pain meds for the next four days. I hate that I still have to pay him for his lack of help!! It’s been two months since this fiasco and I still have issues, because it took so long to get the medicine I needed. The damage has been done! Horrible service as well! When I scheduled my appointment with him this last time I was told 6pm. I showed up at 5:30 to fill out forms for new insurance, and was done with them by 5:40. I waited in pain with screaming kids until 6:30, sat down in the back room until 6:35, he came in and was gone by 6:37. At 6:45 I was taken back to be given a strep test and by 7:36 he came back to tell me it was negative, and the prescription.

I'm in LOVE ntemplin has everything right!!! I'd add, though, the Oyster po-boy!! I will make this a regular all the way. If you haven't tried it, go now... if they're open, but don't wait too long you have no idea what you're missing!!

ylime3499 First Med Family & Walk-in Care

Great customer service through the entire process! I had been sick for over a week after visiting my "normal" doctor. It was the weekend and I used the walk in service here, and was treated very kindly, quickly, and efficiently! Not only did they run different tests, but found the main issue and others that had arisen from not being diagnosed correctly the first time, and after only a day of the prescribed medications I felt better. I will never go anywhere else.

ylime3499 Burger Stand at The Casbah

We've loved going to the Burger Stand!! Over the multiple times, even at Dempsey's, we've had great experiences except for the last time. Saturday night we brought family member after raving about the amazing food and atmosphere. It was busy (not an issue), loud (to be expected), but we weren't told they were out of the micro-greens when we ordered, and when we did have our name called the cheese wasn't even melted, and the meat wasn't hot enough to do so. Disappointed because we wanted to show this place off. Better luck next time though? That was our first time going on weekend, so is this a common issue since it's busier then?

Very disappointed--my valentine came by my work to see how the delivery of the flowers he’d ordered a week prior turned out. His request of 6-12 red carnations with hydrangeas if possible turned out to be one hydrangea with two pink carnations, and a bunch of yellow daisies (or something that resembles them). Upon calling the shop and explaining, hoping it was just a mix up, he was told they were sorry and what the person had written down was just an arrangement of carnations (I would hope that would include more than two thrown in on the side falling out of the vase regardless the color). Again he commented that it wasn’t what he ordered and was again told “sorry”. So much for customer service! This business is not the only of the kind to service the area, and one we will never use again. Use caution!!!!

On a side note when I first saw the arrangement I tried to take it with a grain of salt, because it was such a massive holiday for this service, but nothing looked right. The colors didn’t really go together, and besides the yellow flowers being everywhere, if there was another type it was all to one side or arranged with scotch tape!

ylime3499 Hurricane Alley Car Wash

I feel really bad for the person of the previous review... there is nothing positive about that experience. On the other side though I've taken all three of my vehicles to this location (coupe, hatchback, and truck) and have been 100% satisfied with the outcome. The back end of my coupe didn't come clean very well, but it's a short car I understand. The free vacuum usage is awesome, but the power isn't anything to write home about--free is worth my running it over a couple more times!!

Again I feel horrible for "Parrysmom", but I remember there being warnings before you go in and next time I'll be looking to see if there were any warnings about trucks.

Best pizza I've ever had! There is no other place in town better... period! My personal fave. is thin white crust with cream cheese sauce, pepperoni and pineapple topping. When we buy multiple it's the only one that is completely gone at the end of the night! Wheat State is awesome!

You get what you pay for. I've never felt uncomfortable with the establishment or it being clean (the bathroom yes!) It is a cheap meal, and a way to "go out" when you're on a budget. The staff has always been friendly, and they're willing to make any pizza if you don’t see it out there. Awesome! Four stars only, because the "salad bar" could be better, but it's not going to stop me from eating there.

I really wish I got the woman's name who helped me on Tuesday 12/14 around 5:30pm... she was amazing! I called in with an issue with one of my contacts, and she said they would give me a complimentary one since my issue was with one I just opened. Talk about customer service! I have been to The Eye Doctors almost 9 years, and have never had any complaints with they way they do business. But Tuesday night's experience was over the top, and will not be forgotten!

We love Adorable Animal Designs! They are always very good to our three dogs, and flexible with time. I called in the day I was needing them groomed (my day off was switched) and they were able to get them in--"no problem". Awesome customer service, and our dogs look amazing when they're done! Unique cutting technique with the hand scissoring, especially since one of our dogs is not very comfortable around a shaver. There are not enough kind words to give this business. We will not take our dogs anywhere else, and we did before we found Adorable! Thank you!!!!

Called a week in advance and they had nothing available outside of normal business hours (8am-5pm), they did have a Saturday at 3pm, but since I wouldn't be able to make it there until about 3:05 I was told that wouldn't work. So it looks like they have enough business with out mine.

There are not enough kind words to say about this store. When looking for engagement rings downtown this was the first shop I went into. Helpful, amazing selection, kind, knowledgeable staff ... the compliments are numerous! I went a few stores down and the selection was small, all very "one dimensional", and the staff was less than helpful. The few women who were standing around looked bored and annoyed that someone entered the store, and the one that actually helped had dirty hands and chipped nail polish ... poor display when someone is looking for rings. Back to the point of the only jeweler worth going to in Lawrence Kizer Cummings!!

I understand that the style for women’s nails is chipped, and hair that doesn't look like it's been brushed in days, and that appearance isn't everything BUT ... Went engagement ring shopping and that is exactly what I focused on while there. The selection was "okay", but when I’m trying to focus on a ring and can only think about why this woman can't paint her nails or wash her hands... very disappointed. There were probably four or five women, college aged, working there and they all looked like that or didn’t seem to care what was going on.

Arrived at 3:50pm left about 4:45. Took three times for someone to answer, another 20 mins to get the wrong order, and another 15 to get it right. All the while cold food, and if I had followed the woman across the way and complained maybe a manager would have given me coupons too... Will never visit this Sonic again.
