I emailed to set up an appointment, and Brenda was able to schedule me in on short notice. I had never waxed before, so I was worried about the pain, especially since I was doing a Brazilian, but she worked quickly and there was no unnecessary pain involved. Very friendly and professional, so I would definitely go here again.
