I've had several good experiences at Paisano's, but my graduation dinner with my family changed my perception of this restaurant. Our group of 5 showed up at 8:08pm for the 8pm reservation I had made two days earlier, only to find out that they did not have the reservation in their books. The hostess assured us we would be the next table seated, so we sat at a high-top table in the bar area about 10-feet away from the hostess stand. For the next 20 minutes, we watched several large groups be seated. My mom asked about the status of our table and the hostess explained to us that the kitchen was backed up so they couldn't seat anyone. About 30 minutes after that (after every other group had been shown to their tables) I went up to remind them of the situation, and we were promptly seated. Our waitress was extremely apologetic and took great care of us, but by the time our food came out we were one of two tables on our side of the restaurant and the music had been turned off. Everyone enjoyed their food, but we hurried out since the staff was clearly ready to call it a night. It put a damper on a very special day and made me think twice about calling this a quality restaurant.
