They saved my data and reloaded my PC for a very reasonable rate. I had a nasty virus that locked me out completely on my computer. I called around and everyone was either not answering or had a delay - these guys picked it up within the hour! I highly recommend! I must say I was very pleased with the rates also..especially after calling the geeks for a quote. I wanted to also say that the owner is local and very attentive.
