I refuse to count calories during a holiday meal. That is supposed to be a time of happiness. I also will not be worrying about the health aspect.
Over indulge? Ain't no such thing.

I'm with Irish---you go girl. Holiday calories do not count.

None of the above? Communists....Enjoy your wheat grass shake and organic banana yogurt while you sit in your den reading, alone. Lame!

Hey!! Shouldn't that first response be "all of the below"? Maybe they've been in to the cranberry sauce already?

Green Bean Casserole since I only have it once a year.

I watch what I eat. I watch it go on my fork, i watch it as it is being raised to my mouth, then I don't watch it any more, I taste it.

Deviled eggs! My aunt always brings extra because she knows I can eat them all. I can do without the turkey and the desserts as well, just give me the relish plate and all the side dishes (except for the sweet potatoes ------- bleah!)

Can anyone tell me where I can look to find a place to volunteer to help this Thanksgiving? I've been looking for some place to help serve meals, deliver meals, whatever. My own turkey day isn't until Friday and I thought I should spend the day Thursday doing something.
