    Before I had my gallbladder operation I researched it on the Internet so I knew everything that was going to happen. And, it did, just like I read. The nurses were so surprised that I had this knowledge.

    Yes, and when I walk into the office armed with a little information, the health care professional has to explain to me why half of what I learned doesn't apply to me.

    I do, but it probably isn't the best idea. Once you look something up on the internet, it seems like no matter what you have, you are going to die. Everything seems so hopeless and you get all the worst case scenarios.

    But it doesn't stop me, I just have to keep that in mind.
