Now they are ganging up on the public! It is going to take two states to get your money now. This gambling is spreading like a virus all across the society and those the least healthy (financially) are most susceptible. Shame on us for setting it up in the first place and doubly so for not getting rid of it a few years ago when there was a chance.
The lottery is like a gateway drug - just look at the proliferation of casinos.
