Judge Paula Martin set a Sept. 2 trial date for Ramona I. Morgan.During a preliminary hearing Monday, Morgan’s attorney, Billy Rork, argued that evidence prosecutors presented did not meet the requirements of two counts of reckless second-degree murder.
