stickyjarfly Freddy's Frozen Custard & Steakburgers

Waited at drive-thru for almost 15 minutes to order some ice cream (this is an ice cream shop after all), then the inept Freddy's employee placed my two cones on the window sill to melt for an additional 6 minutes while she took some more drive thru orders (I timed it). Once she was able to bring her attention back to my order, she handed me two dripping cones. The cones had become so soggy that the window attendant poked her finger through the side, but did not make new cones or hesitate to serve the finger-damaged one. Would not recommend, especially on a hot, busy day.

My name is Phil and I am the GM here. I am very sorry about the experience you had. That is no excuse for your wait or the cones being anything less then perfect.
