I own a rental property company and so I'm constantly dealing with broken this or broken that....I can say honestly that Dennis is a guy I don't mind calling. He's honest, professional, timely and does it right the first time. As someone who pays contractors frequently, I can attest to the fact that his prices are not too high- in fact, they are probably low.

Called Ace's appliance division to fix a stove. 3 visits and 32 days later the stove is still broken. Now I have to sue to get my money back
