If it's customer service you are looking for, avoid Target at all costs. I had three clerks at the "guest relations" counter who would barely listen to my complaint. They referred me to their 1-800 number to resolve my issue. Of course, that was a run around as well.
Bottom line, don't try to return anything. Even with your receipt, even in a timely manner. You'll be pulling your hair out. They don't listen, and they don't think outside of the box. They have their formula response and that is it.
