Today I needed to get some party supplies/balloons, last minute, of course! Since I'm new to Lawrence, I checked out what was available in town thru Google. Thought I'd have to go out of town, but to my great (and happy) surprise, I found a very well stocked store on 23rd. Who knew! Anyway, this store had a great variety and the prices were competitve. When I couldn't find what I needed, the ladies that waited on me were awesome and helped me find something that was just right!! Best of all, they had HELIUM!! I didn't know anything about the helium shortage (yes, you read right--a helium shortage) so, I got everytlhing I needed and was out of there, with balloons, in about a half hour! Thanks Lawrence!!
