Both of these negative reviews are very surprising to me, but I guess one of them was from over a year ago. I recently went in and bought my third car from them in the past 4 years and they have always been nothing but a pleasure to work with. Th staff is always nice and respectful, and anytime I've had a question or concern about my car they always respond in a timely manner and do whatever they can to help me out. I have always and will continue to recommend people to buy from them.

Dalmia Auto Exchange Inc

Awful place to buy a car. We sunk so much money into a car we purchased from Auto Exchange that I was beginning to think they sold us a lemon. Ironically every time we took the car in for service they found something else that needed to be fixed. And it wasn't small dollar things either. It was almost like a bunch of amateur mechanics in the garage. I couldn't tell enough people about our poor experience with this place......

Before they changed their front desk clerk I really liked this shop, however now they do a really poor job. It takes forever, even when you make an appointment. I was lied to about the qualifications of the mechanic that would be working on my car and they even left a piece off of my car. I was completely dissatisfied and will never be using this shop again. If I could have given it zero stars I would have...

This review saddens me-I worked as the service writer their for several years, and left a year ago this coming August for other oppertunities. We worked really hard to build up a good reputation as a fair shop that did quality work. I had built good relationships with our customers and went the extra mile to see that their cars were taken care of properly. It's sad to see something I took much pride in fall to this.
