Remington Square apartments are about 500 square feet studio style units for $495 a month for a lower unit and $525 a month for an upper unit with WATER AND TRASH PAID.

"Studio Style" refers to the 1/2 wall (42 inches high) between the living room and bedroom. They have full kitchens which includes a microwave, dishwasher, oven, full size refrigerator and garbage disposal. Remington Square also has ceramic tile in the kitchen, entry and bathroom. On-site we have a large 24 hour Laundry Facility (with 12 washers and 12 dryers), 24 hour Fitness Center, pool and Resident Lounge.

We are also making steps towards being green by using soft carpet with fibers made from recycled plastic, energy efficient windows and insulation. We also now have a Deffenbaugh recycling bin!

We are Pet Friendly (1 cat or 1 small dogs (20 lbs or smaller) with a REFUNDABLE Pet Deposit and pet rent.

To apply with us takes a couple days to get approved and there is a $35 application fee per person pr $45 for a married couple and $10 if you need a co-signer guarantor.
