Hosted by 20 state and local partner organizations from across Kansas, the 2009 Cultivating Healthy Kansans– A Leadership Summit on Health Promotion and Chronic Disease Prevention will feature national, regional, state and local speakers focused on disease self-management, quality of care, environmental and social influences on health, the built environment, community planning and smart growth and effective collaborations to impact chronic disease and injury prevention.
