Heartland Community Health Center offers food support. Services may be used once monthly per family/household, and enough is generally provided for a few days to a week for each household member.

HOURS: Monday: 1 p.m. - 3 p.m. Satruday: 9 a.m. - noon (first-come, first-served)

PLEASE NOTE: Beginning August 6, we will serve patrons by appointment only on Mondays. Saturdays will remain first-come, first-served.
