La Parrilla Latin American Restaurant was established in 1999 in Lawrence, Kansas by the culinary duo Subarna Bhattachan and Alejandro Lule. This concept was the fourth restaurant added to their portfolio of Zen Zero and Genovese restaurants.
La Parrilla features Latin American Cuisine from Mexico, Central & South America. The restaurant features a gas grill, flat top & al pastor grill for cooking items from the varied menu which includes appetizers, soup & salads, traditional tacos, rice bowls, quesadillas, enchiladas & molcajetes. The interior evokes a rustic Latin feel with vibrant colors, terra cotta tile blends, tile roof on the bar, mosaic, decorations & colorful photographs from Latin America. A patio and open-air private dining area make for a perfect dining experience al fresco, weather permitting.
The private dining area is perfect for all your private party needs with seating for up to 20 guests. Diners can choose from a wide range of silver, reposada & anejo tequilas from Mexico, both hand crafted beers from local breweries including Free State & Boulevard to Mexican beers like Corona to Negra Modelo on tap & wines from South America.
