Hospice is specialized care for individuals during the final months of a terminal illness. Our team includes dedicated, caring professionals who plan with the patient, physician and family to assure the best possible care. They provide care for the patient at home or in the Care Cottage, and their service continues if patients enter a hospital or nursing home.
