I am a local business owner in Lawrence. I had a large main pipe break on July 4. I called Chavez Restoration and their response was immediate. I had 3 trucks and 6 men on site with in 45min. They saved me over $40,000.00 by being able to dry out all my carpet and drywall. Now I have them clean my carpet twice a year. If you have any kind of disaster or cleaning needed I would tell everyone I know that if you were thing a bought calling another company you need to think twice and your first call needs to be Chavez.
