Before they changed their front desk clerk I really liked this shop, however now they do a really poor job. It takes forever, even when you make an appointment. I was lied to about the qualifications of the mechanic that would be working on my car and they even left a piece off of my car. I was completely dissatisfied and will never be using this shop again. This review saddens me-I worked as the service writer their for several years, and left a year ago this coming August for other oppertunities. We worked really hard to build up a good reputation as a fair shop that did quality work. I had built good relationships with our customers and went the extra mile to see that their cars were taken care of properly. It's sad to see something I took much pride in fall to this.
