We LOVE our new floors. They are beautiful and so soft and smooth under foot. We had floors refinished and new wood floors added. Duane was so helpful and creative with our options. The entire crew was a joy to work with. They were all very professional, prompt, clean and personable. The process was very painless and the results are more than expected. We are going to do other rooms and won't hesitate to have Duane out again. I love being able to work with a great local company.

Duane and his small dedicated crew did a great job on the floors in my 1905 house. The whole process was easy. I got another bid, which was a little more than Duane but I had read such nice reviews about him, I wanted to use his company. It was such a relief that they moved the furniture..including an upright piano! I am so happy with the floors! THey patched the holes left when someone carelessly ripped out the tacked-down carpet, and where pipes had come through the floor. They secured the 1/4 rounds where they had come lose. So they do minor repairs like that. They also carefully put all the furniture back in place using a system that left no marks.

I love looking at the floors!! They kept the dust down to a minimum (although in retrospect I would have taken down the wood blinds). But they sealed the rest of the house pretty well. They bid the job and met their bid, and came when they said and finished when they said. All professionally done. I do not hesitate to recommend Artisan Floor Company. Duane works right along with his small crew and they are all great!

I cannot brag enough about the wonderful work Duane and Josh did on my original 1865 hardwood floors. The floors had not had the proper refinish work or care through the years. They brought them back to life and beauty. Everything about the process from getting the bid to the final finish coat was very professionally done. I was amazed at how clean the process really was. I expected floor dust to be everywhere after the sanding process. The great equipment and skill they used kept the dust to almost non existent. I enjoyed their conversation and information as the process was completed. I will not hesitate to highly recommend Artisan Floor Company to anyone who needs their work done.

I had the good fortune of meeting Duane during our renovation of 933 Ohio in Lawrence. It is a 101 year old home with approximately 2,500 square feet of Fir flooring which had been covered up with various levels of flooring. We worked hard to uncover the fir and then Duane jumped in.
