At the Arc, our Service Coordination program, sometimes called Case Management, uses a holistic, individualized approachto providing advocacy and support corrdination in school, home and community settings. We use our expertise related to DD supports in the community and schools to assist inividuals and families to get the supports and services they need to be successful in their personal goals and dreams. Our team specifically has expertise in theareas of transition, IDEA/IEP advocacy, Postive Behavior Supports, adult community services, supported employment, and the DD system and needed resources.
