He has AHERA training as an Asbestos Inspector\, and EPA training for Lead Hazard Risk Assessor.\n\nJerry has over 20 years of experience in the HVAC industry and has been involved in indoor air quality (IAQ) issues since 1993. He has taken the Midwest Inspectors Institute professional training course for Home Inspectors
