The Adult Learning Center provides instruction in adult basic education, GED preparation, and English as a Second Language. Teacher lead classes are offered in the morning, afternoon or evening from August to July. Class session hours run M-Th, 8:30 am to 8:30 pm and there is a minimal enrollment fee of $12.
The Diploma Completion Program is also housed in the Adult Learning Center. Students over 18 work from home or in the Learning Center on computerized curriculum designed to meet high school graduation requirements. Certified teacher assistance is available and on completion of requirements students earn a high school diploma. Classroom hours are M-F, 9 am to 5 pm. Additionally, on Monday and Wednesday the classroom and teachers are available from 9 am to 8 pm.
