Over thirty years ago the Zarda Brothers (Mike, Jerry and Steve), opened to the public serving Zarda's quality hickory smoked meats, their now famous Bar-B-Q beans and a variety of favorite family recipes. Great food, always consistent. I believe the BEST sausage in the KC area. Baked beans are to die for - even my child will eat here!! Family friendly, room for large parties - can't go wrong!!!
