If you choose to have service done by these thieves, CAREFULLY check your invoice.

Our last visit was the last straw for me. We have taken both our Hyundais here multiple times for major repairs (brakes (2x), timing belts, tune ups). One visit, I was charged $24 to replace the lights near my license plate. This was never discussed with me nor did I authorize it. This past time, we had the vehicle in for a brake check. I was advised by Paul that the front brakes needed to be replaced, but the rear brakes were fine. He also advised I needed a tune up and he indicated that a fuel injection service was included with the tune up. I authorized both repairs.

They broke one of my spark plug wires when performing the tune up and indicated they did not have just 1 in stock, but a set of 6. We needed the car back that day as it’d already been in the shop over night, and in order to pick it up that day I would either have to pay labor to put the car back together while I waited for them to get the ONE spark plug wire in, leave it for 2 more days until the plug came in, or buy SIX spark plug wires to get the repair completed that day.

When I expressed my frustration, Paul had the audacity to say he didn’t understand, and that he had tried to “help me out” (exact quote) by telling me that my rear brakes didn’t need to be replaced. So, standard practice would have been to tell me they did need to be replaced?! When we went to pick up our car, we were charged for the fuel service which I was told was INCLUDED in the tune up.

I firmly believe that this shop is not concerned about being honest and instead wants to have unnecessary repairs done to get more money.

I would go back.
