Two injured in house fire near Lecompton

Advocates say that Kansas falls towards the bottom in how much money it puts towards educating those those five or younger. But many hope this year that will change. In Governor Kathleen Sebelius' State of the State Address, she emphasized the importance of early childhood education. And, a week later she proposed a budget that would put $30 million more dollars toward such programs.
