Inmate caught after escape from Douglas County Juvenile Detention Center
The incident lasted little more than an hour before a teenager who had escaped from the Douglas County Juvenile Detention Center was apprehended less than a mile from the facility. However, local parents were upset that they were not informed of the incident as it was in the proximity of a local elementary school.
