Route to school dangerous for Tongie students
Tonganoxie middle schoolers will one day remind their grandchildren about the times they walked uphill, two and a half miles, down a busy street, with no sidewalks to get to school. Since the new school opened this January, students have been forced to tromp across front yards and through the street en route to class.
