- I have heard talk through the years that Alvamar is going to move the tee box of the 14th hole on the public course back and to the right to make it a more fair driving hole. It makes perfect sense, but nothing has happened. Are there plans in the works to do that?
- Is it legal to walk on the left side of the street, facing traffic, if there is a sidewalk on the same block?

- Why is there a street name misspelled in Lawrence, near the Kansas Turnpike and just west of Kasold Drive? The street sign says Morning Dove Court. Who made the decision to change the spelling of this bird, which is mourning dove?

- Are property owners required to keep sidewalks on their property free of overhanging or low hanging trees and shrubs? There are several spots along Lawrence Avenue from 15th Street to Sixth Street that are difficult to walk by. In fact, you practically have to walk off the sidewalk.

- We live on County Road 458, where bicycle accidents frequently happen. The road has been resurfaced but has been without striping for about a month. When will the striping be added and why are bicycles allowed on the road without the markings?
- Who will hire someone with a felony conviction regardless of what the matter was, or how long it’s been? Even if it has been 10 or 14 years ago, they’re still refusing to hire. Is this discrimination?

- I saw a parking control officer ticket a scooter parked on the sidewalk on Massachusetts Street. The officer wrote the ticket by hand, then just attached the white slip to the bike. Does this indicate something other than a parking ticket?

- The NCAA scholarship limit for basketball is 13. By my count, Kansas has 14 players on scholarship: Cole Aldrich, Sherron Collins, C.J. Henry, Xavier Henry, Elijah Johnson, Mario Little, Brady Morningstar, Marcus Morris, Markieff Morris, Tyrel Reed, Travis Releford, Thomas Robinson, Tyshawn Taylor and Jeff Withey. Does this mean a player will have to transfer before the school year starts?
