I ride my bicycle on the sidewalk that runs past the Westar Energy substation on Kasold Drive near 31st Street. There are two trailers with "Hazardous Waste" written on a canvas cover, and near the sidewalk there is a pipe coming from that area with green gooey stuff coming out of it.
