    Make due and plan with what you already have. Most people have to do that with their own private finances.

    My son, Julian, attends all-day at Pinkney and he has learned so much in this first semester. His teacher is great and really works with the kids so I'm all for her getting a raise.

    This is not rocket science here folks. Here's the equation though if you must think it is that difficult. Children + better education = greater opportunities for our future. Children are the future. If we don't prepare them well we may not fair well as a nation.

    Huntershaven Law: The incidence of spelling and grammatical errors running rampant in any given message board or forum is directly proportional to the topic's connection to education.

    I don't enough about the kindergarten situation to decide if it's good or not, but as far as teacher pay goes... our high-performing, high-quality teachers definitely deserve a pay increase. Especially if you want to keep these teachers here, teaching your kids... rather than looking for greener pastures elsewhere.

    And there you have it, sports fans...
