Bullies are part of life. If you cant find a way to deal with them as a kid, then you are going to have even bigger problems once an adult. Plus our teachers are allready have enough to do besides filling out paperwork evertime some softskinned child has his or her fellings hurt. Passing such a bill would be a mistake and waste of our tax dollars.
