I positioned myself so I could frame hikers as they jumped across a stream on the Mendenhall Glaicier. Because there where several hikers all crossing at the same point I was able to catch the moment as they stepped across.

Paige Wilson, human resources manager, said she has picked a tomato and cucumber and ate them for lunch. She also tries to be the first one to visit the garden on Mondays, to see what grew and ripened over the weekend.
