Sanders appointed to parole board

(Updated Tuesday at 11:35 a.m.) Gov. Kathleen Sebelius on Tuesday appointed a longtime Kansas Department of Corrections employee to the Kansas Parole Board. Robert Sanders, 49, of Topeka, is currently a deputy secretary with the state prison system.
