A 7-year-old boy was in fair condition Sunday night at a Kansas City, Mo., hospital, where he was taken by air ambulance after being attacked by a neighbor’s Rottweiler. Tanner Marroquin sustained injuries to his shoulder and upper arm before his father pulled the dog away, Lawrence Police said.
