I would not recommend KSR Roofing.
They replaced the roof on my home in August 2010 and in the past 5 months we have had to have them out to replace fallen shingles and examine leaks four separate times. Attempting to contact them to evaluate and fix the problems is a headache as they have not returned phone calls or responded to our numerous requests for service.
I have never been more frustrated in dealing with a local business. The workmanship is poor and the customer service is even worse.

After reading my review, the KSR owner called and asked me to clarify KSR's response to the problems that we've had with our roof. The first two incidents (falling shingles and unsealed nails) occurred prior to our ownership of the home and were resolved by the previous homeowner and KSR. The third incident (falling shingles) occurred in October 2010. After 7 unreturned phone calls, my husband visited the business to speak to the KSR owner in person. Our issue was then inspected and repaired. The fourth incident (leak) occurred in January 2011. After 4 unreturned phone calls I was able to contact the company and the roof was inspected and sealed.
KSR has issued an apology for their slow response and assures me that we will not have these same issues in the future.

Just informing readers that this business is under new ownership as of 2013. He bought the business from the retiring former owner.
