I am a freshman at KU studying business with a minor in exercise science leadership. I have been a part of the Mariscos family for 2 years. During my time here as an expeditor and host, I have enjoyed meeting new people and the chance to enjoy some exquisite food. My favorite item on the menu is the grilled veggie melt which is a vegetarian’s delight.
