I was born in Kansas City, Mo. I graduated from Free State High School in 2006. My hobbies are Frisbee golf, running, fishing and watching classic movies. I have worked every position in the restaurant industry; host, expo, server, and cook. My grandfather was the executive chef of the Kansas City Club in KCMO for nearly 25 years. He and my mother, whom he taught to cook, instilled a passion for the culinary arts in me that I now pass on to my customers. My favorite drink is the Black Ice Martini and my favorite dish is the Shrimp Orecchiette.
