I recently had a traumatic health event and was so pleased with how I was treated by so many of the people in this office. Dr. Mercado is my regular doctor. She is down to earth and really listens and answers all questions. I had to call her phone nurse, Audrey, with several questions over the last few weeks, and she was also friendly and helpful. Last Friday I got worried about some new symptoms and popped in the office because I was getting blood drawn at the lab next door. Without an appointment, the receptionist grabbed a nurse who not only answered my questions, but also recommended I see a doctor immediately. They squeezed me in within 20 minutes. I met with Dr. Durland, who was nothing but kind, compassionate, and extremely reassuring. I left there feeling like everyone in that office truly cares about their patients. Over the course of this trying time, both doctors hugged me before I left and I felt the compassion they displayed was really sincere. This made a difficult situation so much easier to bear. I would highly recommend this practice!
