Have taken this shuttle a few times. One time very late picking up. Another time they did not pick me up at the airport as scheduled and I had to wait until the next one hours later. Last time my flight was delayed and they cancelled my reservation while I was in the air. Cost $115 to take a cab from the airport to KU. Will look for any alternatiive I can.
