Dempsey’s Burger Pub, formerly Dempsey’s Irish Pub, proudly announces the hiring of talented Chef Matt Lawson to serve as executive chef. Lawson brings experience serving under famed Chef Wolfgang Puck. Dempsey's Burger Pub has a new menu of gourmet burgers, fries and salads. This new menu will expand upon one of America’s favorite foods, the burger, and at the same time elevate this simple food with rich ingredients and Lawson's superb technique.
