Air & Mold Assessment LLC is an indoor environmental consulting firm performing environmental and air quality assessments for residential, commercial, industrial, and institutional properties.We specialize in mold surveys. We perform visual and sampling assessments culminating in a full written protocol, a comprehensive report including conclusions, recomendations, and procedures.

Jerry Bascombe, IAQCP, RMI, is the owner. An IAQ consultant, he is an Indoor Air Quality Certified Professional & a Registered Mold Inspector. He is a member of ASHRAE (American Society of Heating, Refrigeration, & Air-conditioning Engineers), IAQA (Indoor Air Quality Association), EEF (Environmental Education Foundation), IIAQC (International Indoor Air Quality Commission) & NEHA (National Environmental Health Association).

Jerry has his Masters degree. He is also an NEHA Certified Residential Radon Measurement Provider. He has AHERA training as an Asbestos Inspector, and EPA training for Lead Hazard Risk Assessor.

Jerry has over 20 years of experience in the HVAC industry and has been involved in indoor air quality (IAQ) issues since 1993. He has taken the Midwest Inspectors Institute professional training course for Home Inspectors
