Appeal filing in Fred Williams vs. University of Kansas

Fred Williams, former head of the KU Alumni Association, filed an appeal in January to a Douglas County judge's decision. Williams first filed the lawsuit in 2004 after the association fired him, seeking more than $2.2 million in damages.
