KU police officer battling MS

Jimmie Druen, Lawrence, was diagnosed with multiple sclerosis in 2007. Friends and family will be raising awareness about the disease this weekend by participating in the area's MS Bike Ride. They also have raised $8,000 for the National MS Society.
