- Sound Off: I was wondering if there is a city law on how much trash and junk you can have in your front yard? A house in our neighborhood has trash from Thanksgiving still in their yard and that’s just some of the junk. Every day, there is some new junk laying out there. It makes our neighborhood look like a landfill.
