As a VietNam Veteran, Navy 1964-1966 I wonder why the delay! I don't know anything about Jeannine Koranda or any of her fellow employees at Kansas Department of Revenue about their prior military status or whether they have any VietNam experience, but I do know tha Sam Brownback has not served in the military! How these individuals can trump the desires of the State of Kansas to recognise the sacrifices of service personnel, let alone VietNam veterans needs to be exposed. I, like many veterans proudly display our veterans plates and the fact that these plates are readily seen on vehicles speaks to the popularity of that program, I am more than ready to adopt 4 Viet. plates for my vehicles as soon as they are available; hopefully sooner than later. Brownback needs to more this forward!
