Run this add or run this ad?

Why shouldn't the Secretary of State encourage people to vote? The Secretary of State always does this, not only here but everywhere. Kobach seems to think this long tradition should suddenly stop because of him. Kobach is clearly out of touch and not suited for elected office.

Why is it necessary for his picture, title and name to be mentioned in the ad? What possible value FOR THE VOTER does this add? None whatsoever. This is clearly an attempt to use taxpayer dollars to promote his meager name recognition less than three weeks before an election. Everything else aside, his low ethical standards in running such an ad make him absolutely unfit to serve the people of Kansas.
Self promotion at taxpayer expense is about as low as it gets...let's ditch Biggs!
