RECIPE
1 (15 ounce) can Hy-Vee black beans, undrained……Aisle 3
1 (10 ounce) can Hy-Vee enchilada sauce……Aisle 2
1 (14 ounce) can roasted garlic chicken broth……Aisle 3
1 (15 ounce) can Hy-Vee golden corn, undrained........Aisle 3
1 (14.5 ounce) can Hy-Vee diced tomatoes with
green chiles……Aisle 2
2 tablespoons Hy-Vee taco seasoning mix........Aisle 2
2 cups shredded rotisserie chicken..........Kitchen

Preparation
Combine all ingredients in a large sauce pan or Dutch oven. Bring ingredients to a boil; simmer for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally. Yield: 8 servings (1 cup each) Top with shredded cheddar cheese, sour cream, chopped cilantro and tortilla chips.
